Cancel within 48 hours of booking confirmation and receive a 100 percent refund. After 48 hours, cancel up to 7 days before check-in and get a 50 percent refund. Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable.

Currently the unit can only accomodate two guests.

There is ample free parking in front of the building.

There is strict policy of no pets and no smoking (including vaping and e-cigarettes).
